Common Issues

My listing isn't showing yet — new listings show "Pending Review" until our team verifies them, usually within 24 hours.
I can't sign in — try "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen, or check you're using the same method (Google vs. email) you originally signed up with.
I paid for a Feature/Pin/Subscription and it's not active — approvals happen after we confirm your mobile money reference; this can take a little time. Message us on WhatsApp with your reference ID for a faster check.
I want to report a scam or fake listing — open the listing and tap "🚩 Report this listing."
